At “Tzag Elita,” we offer a service level agreement (SLA) that guarantees a next business day response time. Our service coverage area includes the northern border up to Haifa, the southern border up to Beer Sheva, and the eastern border up to Jerusalem. For larger areas, we offer service for an additional fee. We provide service in the areas of the green border line only. Special services will be provided under special requests.
Tzag Elita is open from Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (except holidays). Each one of our clients can open a service ticket on our website 24/7 even on holidays.
Troubleshooting & Spare Parts:
At “Tzag Elita”, we keep a large stock of spare parts for all our servers.
To solve a hardware fault on a customer’s site, we first characterize the issue, then attempt to resolve it remotely, and if necessary, send a technician to the site or ship a replacement part directly to the customer.
